Men - Don’t Make These 4 Dangerous Dating Mistakes

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

By Scott Patterson Dating can be tough on many guys! This is especially true when it comes to attracting women. The problem is guys tend to make many mistakes that they’re not even aware of. For instance, I was recently at a bar where I noticed a guy talking to an attractive woman. What’s interesting was this guy was giving off confident body language, while not being aware that she was not interested in him. In essence, he was clueless about his ability to “pick-up this chick”. You could easily tell from the bored look in her eye, that she was looking for an opportunity to get away from this loser. What’s funny was he was actually a decent looking, well dressed guy. So obviously his problem wasn’t his presentation. Instead he was doing a few things which were instantly turning her off and killing ANY chance of attraction If he knew about these mistakes, and corrected them, he could have easily attracted this woman. Now if you want to NOT be like this man, then I recommend you take a close look at these 4 MAJOR dating mistakes: Dating Mistake #1- Not reading her body language You can discover what a woman is feeling by observing her body language. Without saying a word, a woman will tell you when she’s attracted or when she’s repulsed. Your job is to study her body language and calibrate. For instance if you see a bored look in her eye, then you know that you have to switch tactics and change the topic of conversation. Dating Mistake #2-Buying her affections with free drinks One of the quickest ways to show lower status is to buy a woman a drink. Let me explain When you buy a woman many drinks, you’re showing that you need to purchase her attention in order to start a conversation. While sometimes it’s polite to buy a round, don’t try to please her by constantly buying her drinks. What’s interesting is lots of other guys are great for making women drunk, but they’re doing nothing to attract them. By buying drinks, they’re simply making it easier for some other guy approach and pick them up. Dating Mistake #3- Acting too arrogant One of the principles I recommend in my ebook is to act in an overconfident manner. But even though this personality trait is important, you should realize that acting TOO arrogant is just as bad. While women love men with a good amount of confidence, having too much is an instant turn off. This means if you’re dominating the conversation and bragging about your accomplishments, you’re demonstrating a specific type of behavior which infuriates women. In order to impress a woman, all you need to do is display confidence through your actions and body language. If give off a confident aura, you don’t have to open your mouth to prove it. Dating Mistake #4-Being a clown Well know that many women are attracted to guys “with a sense of humor”. However it’s a mistake to act like a clown and try to do funny things around women. While it’s important to be funny, it’s equally vital to never look like a fool. Being funny does nothing for building attraction. Instead of trying to make her laugh, try using a technique which is known as “cocky/funny”. This personality trait means focusing on teasing a woman with a bit of mock arrogance. Basically you’re a funny guy who likes to bust a woman’s chops about various things. By being able to identify all of four of these dating mistakes, you’ll be able increase your overall success with women. So your job is to quickly identify these mistakes and make a concerted effort to eradicate them! Want to learn 50 different ways to meet, approach and attract women If so, take a look at Scott Patterson’s Free eBook which provides 50 tips for approaching, attracting, and dating ANY woman. Is Wu-Long (Oolong) Tea Really Better Than Green Tea for Weight Loss?

Monday, October 29th, 2007

By Jonni Good Is wu-long tea really a fat-burning miracle? There are so many wild and unsupported claims about foods and herbs that are supposed to help you lose weight. So it’s rather refreshing to find that wu-long tea, which is being touted as the new weight loss miracle, actually has some scientific studies that back up the claims. However, you may discover that you’ll pay less for this tea if you buy it using the traditional spelling of its name oolong tea and wu-long tea are the same thing, spelled differently. The most famous study linking wu-long tea with weight loss was published in August of 2003. Researchers at the University of Tokushima School of Medicine and seven other schools found that oolong tea increased the burning of calories by 10%, while women drinking green tea had an metabolic increase of 4%. Both teas increased the burning of fat when drunk after a meal, but wu-long tea appeared to do a better job. Another Japanese study was done in 2006, and researchers found that oolong tea was able to reduce the absorption of fats eaten during a meal. They found that lipids (fats) were passed through the body in the stool at a higher rate than participants who did not drink the tea after their meals. The tea also had a positive effect on the participant’s cholesterol levels. Green tea has been used traditionally in Japan and other Asian countries by women who wish to stay thin. Green tea has also been used as a cancer-preventative. Green tea, oolong (or wu-long) tea, and black tea all come from the same plant. The differences in the finished product that we drink comes from the differences in how long the three types of tea are processed and fermented. Green tea has been processed the least, and black tea has been processed the most. Oolong tea falls in the middle. Oolong tea contains about half the caffeine as green tea, but more polymerized polyphenols, the chemical that is thought to increase the metabolism of fats. Although caffeine can increase the metabolism, to some extent, it is evidently not caffeine that makes oolong tea more efficient as a weight loss drink. Unfortunately, wu-long tea has less of the cancer-fighting properties that is found in green tea. Since green tea is believed to cut the risk of ovarian cancer as much as 50%, you will need to weight the odds. If you drink green tea now, you may not want to switch to oolong tea if you are concerned about cancer but if you want to lose weight and you don’t drink any tea now, you may want the increased metabolic boost you’ll get from wu-long tea. The results of the studies suggest that you will gain the most benefit from the metabolic boost from wu-long tea if you drink it just after a meal. According to Gary Gause, founder and president of Dragonwater Tea, oolong tea has a delicious, complex flavor. Some say it has a “nuanced flavor profile.” Unfortunately, so many people are now buying this tea for weight loss that it supplies are now limited, and prices will probably continue to rise. If you want to try wu-long tea for weight loss, you might want to put in your supplies. Looking for more weight loss information? A Fridge’s Story

Sunday, October 28th, 2007

By John Gibb Mankind has been inventing ways to preserve the food for longer times ever since we where living inside Caves; only difference with nowadays is that we where using the help of Mother Nature (and probably a few chemistry) to achieve that. However, it was not until the mid 1700s that we got around having the first artificial fridge to boast about! The first artificial refrigerator was built by William Cullen at the Glasgow University in the middle of the 1700s. It used the vapor compression refrigeration process (invented by Michael Faraday). In 1805, Oliver Evans introduced the first fridge to use vapor in place of liquid. A long period of small advancement in the field passed; in 1850-51 Dr.John Gorrie demonstrated the first ice maker and about 5 years after that James Harrison invented the vapor compression refrigeration intended to be used by the meat industries. In 1902 Willis Haviland Carrier invented the first air conditioning system. At the beginning of the 20th Century, more than half the households of United States used iceboxes in order to preserve their food. They would buy pieces of ice (witch by the time where quite expensive) and use them in order to keep their foods cold for long periods of time. A small exception to this rule were a few, very wealthy families who would install mechanical refrigeration systems inside their homes. By 1911, General Electric manufactured and made available to the market fridges based on Audiffrens sulfurs dioxide process. At the time, those fridges were quite expensive; 1000$, witch at the time was about twice the cost of an automotive. As time passed, home refrigerators improved and became more affordable. Usually, those refrigerators required that the mechanical parts would be installed in the basement while the cold box could stay in the kitchen of the house. In 1923, the first self-contained fridge made its appearance and 4 years later General Electric introduced the first widely used refrigerator, the Monitor-Top. An astounding number of more than 1.000.000 units was produced and this definitely marked Monitor-Top as the first widespread refrigerator of all times. In fact, you can still find functional Monitor-Top units today!Approaching to the recent years, during the 1930s the Freon based refrigerators gained popularity. However, it wasnt until after the Second World War that home fridges went into mass production. Nowadays, due to environmental issues, CFC(Freon) refrigerators are banned. Of course, this is not a problem at all because numerous exciting new refrigeration techniques have been invented along with other technologies such as defrosting and automated ice making. Diamonds Set The Stage For Winter Weddings

Saturday, October 27th, 2007

By George Benckenstein Your imaginations the limit when planning a winter wedding once youve decided upon a theme. If in fact diamonds are a girls best friend, shouldnt these icy wonders take center stage at her ceremony? A brides engagement and wedding rings aside from the eternal love of her husband-to-be are the only daily reminders of her wedding day, says John Pollard, Whiteflash.com, an online diamond and jewelry boutique. When a diamond is a show-stopper, its only fitting that a bride would plan her wedding around it. Whiteflash.com is known for its show-stopping Hearts & Arrows diamonds. The companys expert diamond cutters specialize in Hearts & Arrows diamonds referring to the patterning seen through the top and bottom of the gem signifying a diamond of the highest quality. Helping soon-to-be-wedded couples select their eternal symbols of love the all-important wedding rings — has exposed (Insert Client Name) to her share of wedding plans. With (insert number of years) of pre-nuptial experience, (Insert Client Name) offers some unique ideas about planning a diamond-studded winter wedding. A Wintry Backdrop Consider icy blue, subtle lilac, white and silver as your color palette. These are the colors your diamond reflects under light. An expertly cut diamond, like those from Whiteflash.com, will out-sparkle all others. When the facets of a diamond are proportionately cut, the jewel will attract and reflect the maximum amount of light possible, even in soft and distant lighting conditions, explains Brian Gavin, expert diamond cutter, Whiteflash.com. With each A Cut Above diamond, the companys exclusive brand available only at www.whiteflash.com each and every facet of the gem aligns perfectly a rare (and pricey) occurrence in the industry. Dress to Impress Consider wearing a faux fur wrap or cape to stay warm against chilly drafts. Once indoors reveal a dress embellished with shimmering crystals that mimic your icy diamond jewelry. Speaking of jewelry, be sure to set aside ample time in your wedding planning to select your dream wedding band. Will it be a pave, champaigne, eternity or a halo setting? It all depends on the brides preference, says Gavin. In fact, our jewelry craftsmen can custom-design a ring made especially for her! For your main man, shower him with diamonds as well. One of the hottest trends in wedding bands for grooms is Whiteflash.coms Champaigne wedding band, says Gavin. Sprinkled with 0.14 carats of diamonds inlayed in platinum or white gold, its the perfect complement to the brides diamond stunner. Culinary Delights Let your menu reflect a wintry appetite. Serve your guests hot chocolate upon entering the reception, or offer them a variety of drinks at a gourmet coffee bar. A snow white wedding cake embellished with silver snowflakes and diamond-like crystals will continue your theme. How about a diamond-shaped ice sculpture to enhance your appetizer or dessert table? Dcor to Adore Make a dramatic entrance to the wedding reception with a horse and sleigh. Consider hanging beading or crystals from the ceiling, like icicles. Continue wintry colors in your flower arrangements. Roses, tulips, freesias, hellebores and mums are beautiful in varying shades of white. Ice blue and lilac can be found in iris, freesia, statice and heather. Add crystals, sequins or silvery ribbons to your arrangements to contribute a diamond-like sparkle. Wedding Party Gifts Set your wedding party off in style with diamond-studded gifts. While your bridesmaids carry a stunning bouquet of flowers, match the theme of the day with a glittery pair of Whiteflash.coms Flower Cluster earrings. The six petal clusters are set with 14 A Cut Above melee diamonds from 0.25 1.00 carats. Would you rather show their diamonds off front and center? Perhaps a diamond pendant is your gift of choice. The Whiteflash.com Full Bezel Pendant is a classic sparkler that will remind your bridesmaids of your special day for years to come. Set in platinum, the focus is centered on a diamond of your choosing. Chain length is sixteen inches. John Pollard is the Director of Consumer Education for Whiteflash.com He conducts a public workshop series on diamond education, and was a guest speaker on the internet phenomenon for the American Gem Society at their JCK Workshop Series in Las Vegas. Whiteflash.com is the first company in the U.S. to offer an exclusive brand of Hearts & Arrows diamond and bring the sheer beauty of super ideal cut to the Internet. Brian Gavin, a 5th generation diamond cutter, and Debi Wexler, a computer entrepreneur, together founded Whiteflash.com in 1999 bringing an expansive selection of loose diamonds to the Internet, including an exclusive brand of Hearts & Arrows diamonds. Playgroups, Online and Offline

Friday, October 26th, 2007

By Rob Vigil Staying at home with your kids is a rewarding experience. Sometimes you and your kids need interaction with the outside world. One way to do this that is both a benefit to your children and yourself is to create or join a playgroup. This gives your child(ren) valuable interaction that is needed to develop his/her social skills. In addition it gives you an excellent opportunity to converse with adults. We all know what it’s like to be at home all day with no adult interaction. Playgroups can be found or formed at local community centers, church organizations, and mutual friends and online. If you have friends or family with children the same age then you have the makings of a possible playgroup. If not, then you can go to your community center, church or online playgroup search to look for other moms with the same interests. In addition to setting up playdates, this is a good avenue to set up girls night outs with other moms. Setting up playmates: Rotate the play date host from each playgroup mom. This will allow the children to interact in different settings. Keep the day/time consistent so that it will not interfere in the childrens’ schedules (nap, sleep, mommy time) Schedule public play dates at your local park, story time at the local bookstore, swimming pools, etc… This will take the monotony out of it. Bring the necessary change of clothes, diapers, and snacks. Going Online to find playgroups: Playgroup matching sites are springing up on the Internet. These allow you to look for other moms looking for playgroups to join based on city and/or zip code. One such playgroup search is at MommiesCloset.Com’s Playgroups database. This site as with others allow you to both join existing playgroups and to create playgroups for other moms to join. Some site such as the one mentioned above, allow you to search by zip code giving a defined radius to limit your search (i.e. 30 miles from 90210). Many moms are finding these sites extremely useful. Once you have your playgroup, just remember to enjoy yourself and make it an enjoyable experience for your children. By Staff Writer at MommiesCloset.Com WAHM Free Classifieds at MommiesCloset. Wedding Invitations and Handwritten Calligraphy

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

By Dayna Bischof What You Should Know. Before you purchase your wedding invitations or correspondence stationery, you need to become familiar with paper quality. The quality of paper you select is very important. Not only because premium paper makes for a more lovely presentation for your recipient, but excellent quality paper is critical if you are using professional, handwritten calligraphy for your envelopes. The Heirloom. Your wedding invitation is your heirloom keepsake. Choose stationery that wont fall apart over time. For example, 100 percent cotton or linen is best. If you are hiring a professional calligrapher to address your wedding envelopes, then avoid the following: thin papers like those of inexpensive greeting card quality, papers made with wood pulp, and handmade or recycled papers. Calligraphy ink may bleed on handmade and recycled stocks. What to Avoid. Try to stay away from dark papers or the use of liners in your envelopes. The most formal wedding invitations, at one time, were not accompanied by lined envelopes. Liners have become more popular recently, this is true. However, I often wonder if liners were introduced to create the illusion of substance to mask otherwise thin paper. If you choose heavy weight premium paper, then a liner is not necessary. If you are sold on liners, because you wish to incorporate your wedding color into your invitations, then consider instead: a silk ribbon tied around the invitation with a parchment overlay. Or print an envelope seal in your wedding color on the back flap of our outer envelope. Monograms make wonderful envelope seals. Lastly, because dark colors and liners make envelopes opaque and can also affect writing results, calligraphers may charge more to address these flavors of envelopes. The Toughie. How do you choose premium paper? Stationery is usually measured in bond weight. A good piece of paper is thirty-two or forty-pound bond. And hundred-pound offset is roughly equal to forty-pound bond. Heavy cards should be made of three-ply stock. Ask your vendor about their paper quality if you are unsure. Also, here are two great tests for paper quality for envelopes. Hold the envelope up to the light. Is the envelope feathery, very thin and extremely easy to see through? Can you write on it with a good fountain pen, or does the ink bleed? Professional calligraphers use fountain and dip inks. I always tell my clients, Exquisite calligraphy can only be achieved on the finest paper. In Sum. Choose a reputable wedding vendor for your wedding invitations and correspondence. And remember, if the quoted prices are too-good-to-be-true, then the paper and calligraphy most likely are not. ~ Dayna Bischof is a master calligrapher and owner of CL - Unique Wedding Invitations Studio which offers top brand and handwritten wedding invitations and calligraphy services. 3 Reasons To Get Your Car Loan Online

Wednesday, October 24th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder Many people just take the dealer financing option when shopping for a Car Loan. But dealer financing tends to have higher interest rates–and more fees–than other types of auto loans. It also is a little harder to be approved if your credit is a bit shaky. If you want a really great deal, or a lender who’s willing to work with your not-so-perfect credit history, you may want to get your Car Loan Online. You don’t need to have perfect credit. Most online auto lenders are used to dealing with folks who have a few black marks on their credit history. They’ll give you some advice for boosting your credit score, and also offer different options for ways you can qualify for a loan (such as a higher rate, larger down payment, different loan terms). So even if you don’t have perfect credit, an online auto lender may be able to help you get a loan for your new car. It’s convenient and easy. Most online Car Loan companies have a website where you can fill out an application and submit all your basic information–the amount of the loan, your employment history, your income, etc. With the click of your mouse, the application is instantly submitted without the hassle of shuffling paperwork. This kind of convenience can be very appealing to anyone who is too busy to take the time to deal with a loan officer in person. You want a lower interest rate. Auto dealers who offer their own financing are known for tacking on a little bit more to the interest rate to pad their own pockets. However, online car loan lenders tend to offer lower rates and fewer fees. And by searching for a Car Loan online, you’re able to browse rates among various online lenders, which means instant comparison to find the best deal. Before you go shopping for a new car, find a Car Loan online. If you visit the car dealer with an auto loan deal in hand, you’ll have more power and leverage when you’re negotiating for the price of the vehicle. What Criminal Attorneys Charge Is A Crime

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

By Tom Sample If you’ve been falsely accused of a crime, it’s likely you don’t think any price is too high to pay for your freedom. But, when money does matter, it’s important not to sacrifice the quality of your criminal attorney just to meet a budget. If you are truly innocent, it’s very likely a good criminal attorney can get you off. Going for a discount rate wouldn’t be wise, but there are ways to keep costs at a minimum or even recoup them after a win in court. As long as you insist on finding a criminal attorney that displays some basic, but very important, traits, you should be okay with your hire even if his or her rates are less than others. Should money be an issue in hiring a criminal attorney, consider these things: * Stay clear of the ‘best of the best’ if you can’t afford them. Instead, settle for a criminal attorney that displays the traits of a good criminal defense lawyer. This means someone with years of experience in the law, a person who has perhaps also been a prosecutor and maybe even someone with a minimal (but existent) track record in trial courts. Newer criminal attorneys are likely to cost less, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be awful. Trial experience and former prosecution work are vital traits in that they ensure the criminal attorney you’re thinking of hiring knows his or her way around a criminal case. * Consider going with the attorney provided you by the courts if: that attorney has a good track record, shows a genuine concern about you and your case, really seems to believe your side of the story. If these three things are not present, you might want to try and hire a criminal attorney on your own if it’s at all possible. Public defenders can be fantastic lawyers, but that doesn’t mean all of them are - just like private criminal attorneys. * Find a lawyer with a good background who is willing to wait on payments until the case’s outcome is decided or is at least willing to work with you. Some lawyers will work on a retainer that’s fair and wait to recover costs for false arrest at a later date. * Plan to recover costs if you clearly are not guilty of the crime you’ve been accused of. As you look for a criminal lawyer, remember there are certain traits to look for. You want a criminal lawyer who: * Has experience in the field. * Understands how the prosecution works. * Is versed in trial law, as well. * Is open with the lines of communication and clearly listens to you and your input on the case. * Treats you like a person and not a ‘criminal.’ * Keeps you apprised of the case as it progresses. * Fights for your side without prejudice. Finding a good criminal lawyer can be a costly venture, but there are ways to keep it more affordable without sacrificing quality. If you make sure experience and communication are present with your criminal lawyer, you should be okay even if you haven’t been able to hire the ‘best of the best.’ More information on criminal attorneys criminal attorneys http://www.criminalattorneysnews.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Tom_Sample http://EzineArticles.com/?What-Criminal-Attorneys-Charge-Is-A-Crime&id=376736 cp vicki nymphet illegal incest free sex incest messages incest porn sites stories of father daughter incest
